What we collect. Only what a booking needs: your name, e-mail, phone, country of residence, dates, number of guests, estimated arrival time, any extras you ask for and the message you send us.
Why. To confirm your stay, take your payment, prepare your arrival (your personal door code) and stay in touch about your booking.
Who else sees it. The data is stored on Cloudflare, which hosts this website. E-mails to you are delivered by Resend. Booking notifications reach us by e-mail or Telegram. When you pay, your bank or Wise handles the transfer. If the place is also listed on Airbnb, only the dates are blocked there — none of your details are passed on. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Our Telegram concierge. If you open our concierge bot in Telegram — from the QR code in the studio, your personal stay link or a search in Telegram — we keep only what it needs to answer you: your Telegram ID, the first name shown in your Telegram profile, your language, which stay or studio you are connected to and, if you ask for it, your consent to our news. We never store your Telegram username, last name or phone number.
Your messages. Your questions and our replies are kept so the founders can answer you: until 90 days after your check-out (if you are not staying with us — 90 days after your last message). Photos you send of a problem in the studio are kept for 180 days and are never public. Your door code is sent only through your personal stay link, during your stay, and the message disappears after 15 minutes. Telegram delivers the messages under its own privacy policy; the bot runs on Cloudflare, like this website.
Who reads them. Ready answers come from our own approved texts. Anything else is read by the founders in a private Telegram group. When they prepare a reply, they may ask an AI assistant (Claude by Anthropic) for a draft: it gets your question — with numbers that look like codes, phone numbers and e-mails removed — and our facts about the studio; in the founders' own overview of open conversations it may also see your first name, never your contacts. A person always checks the draft and decides whether to send it, and we delete our copy of what the assistant received and wrote within 7 days.
News. We write to you first only about your stay. News and free dates come only if you agree yourself («📰 News & free dates» → «Yes»), and you can stop them at any time in ⚙️ or with /stop.
Deleting your data. Send /delete: we delete your messages, your language, your subscription and the link to your stay. Requests you made (for example a late check-out or a reported problem) stay with the booking, but without your Telegram details; photos of a problem stay 180 days as a record of the studio's condition. Counters that protect the bot from abuse keep no readable ID and expire within a day.
What we measure. Visits are counted without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics and our own counters). If you press «Accept», we also use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. It is never used for ads and never runs on the pages of your booking, your stay or your door code.
Cookies. Nothing from Google loads until you press «Accept»; then Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga), and Google keeps the data for 14 months (it may process it in the USA). Your answer stays in your browser so we don't ask again, and we log it without your IP address. The map on the city pages loads from Google Maps only when you press «Show the map», and our fonts come from our own site. The only other cookies are for our team's sign-in to the admin area and the HQ app.
Your choice, anytime. Changed your mind? Use «Cookie settings» at the bottom of any page. If you decline, nothing from Google is loaded.
How long. We keep booking records for as long as we need them for your stay and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or ask us to delete it — write to hello@the-floors.com.
