Sleeping & living
King bed with hotel-grade linen and blackout curtains. Sofa bed (130×210) for a third guest. Work desk with two chairs, Wi-Fi up to 65 Mbps. 55″ TV with cable channels. Warm oak panelling, LED accent lighting and a large mirror; a backlit mirror wall in the entryway. Floor-to-ceiling glazing; the balcony has a lounge corner — the best seat for the evening view over the city.
Kitchen
Induction hob, fridge, kettle, full set of dishes, cookware and cutlery. Cooking basics: oil, salt, pepper. Coffee and tea to start your first morning. No microwave.
Bathroom
Rain shower, heated floor with its own thermostat, washing machine, hairdryer, heated towel rail, fresh towels, shampoo and shower gel. Clothes steamer; a folding clothes-drying rack on the balcony (no tumble dryer).
Building & access
Blue Sky Tower is a 2025 complex on Heroes' Alley: marble lobby with 24/7 security, fast lifts. Self check-in 24/7 with a smart lock — your personal code arrives on the morning of arrival, check-in from 15:00. Paid underground parking (arranged and paid on site); free street parking next to the building.

A few honest details
- The view: a wide panorama of the city, the stadium and the mountains — snow-capped from late autumn to spring; the sea and the bay are far away on the horizon — not a first-line beachfront. The sun sets towards Gonio, to the right of the stadium: from the balcony you'll see a pink evening sky rather than the sun setting into the sea.
- The building is new (2025); some neighbours are still finishing their apartments — on the 33rd floor this is rarely audible.
- The complex's pools, sauna and spa are not open yet — planned for around summer 2027.
- This is a private apartment, not a hotel: the studio is stocked for 2–3 days (toiletries, paper, coffee, tea); for longer stays, please replenish what you use. Extra cleaning during your stay: $30, on request.
- The identical studio next door (The 33 · Horizon) is also ours — ideal for two couples or a family travelling together.
- Long stays are welcome — monthly rates apply automatically from 28 nights.
Good to know before you arrive
- Check-in from 15:00: self check-in with your personal door code, which we send on the morning of arrival.
- Check-out by 11:00.
- Minimum 2 nights, longer on some dates.
- Nothing to pay now — after we confirm, you have 24 hours to pay.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in (30 days for stays of 28 nights or more).
- Wi-Fi up to 65 Mbps and a work desk for two — fine for remote work.
- Parking: paid underground (arranged and paid on site); free street parking near the building.
- The lobby is open 24/7, with security on duty.
- Stocked for the first 2–3 days: toiletries, paper, coffee and tea.
House rules
- Please treat the studio as your own home.
- Max 3 guests; no visitors after 23:00. Quiet hours 23:00–07:00 (building rule).
- Children of any age are welcome within the 3-guest limit; there are no cots or extra beds. The main guest must be 18 or older.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, including the balcony — fine 500 GEL and the cost of deep cleaning.
- No parties or events; no pets (service animals welcome).
- Please switch off the climate and lights and close the balcony door when you leave the studio.
- Check-out by 11:00: towels in the shower, rubbish in the bin. Your door code stops working at 11:00 on the check-out day — make sure nothing is left inside.
